/r/AMD's _rogame has spotted a number of 3DMark Time Spy and Fire Strike results for AMD's 6 GB Radeon RX 5600 XT, which is reportedly launching next month.

The scores allude to a 30% improvement over the 8 GB 5500 XT and support the theory that it'll be a proper replacement for the RX Vega 56. It should also measure up nicely against NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1070 Ti.

The benchmarks were run on an HP 8653 system with an Intel i7 9700 processor, 16 GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM, and a 128 GB SSD.

The card allegedly features 12 Gbps memory chips. All entries discovered by rogame also feature 12 Gbps memory (1500 MHz clock). The driver version (AMD’s) and memory count (6,144 MB) do not leave much room for speculation, it must be AMD’s RX 5600 XT, as the manufacturer has not really launched a 6GB card in years. What else could it be? According to the data, the RX 5600 XT would have a GPU clock somewhere between 1593 MHz and 1624 MHz.

Hope this really is true and it’s not overpriced like everything else that has come out lately.

Well no deep undercutting Nvidia from AMD, so I expect price partity at best.
I was hoping for undercutting as AMD did to Intel, but I guess margins aren't really there for mayor cuts.

I opted to go the 5700xt route. I didn't trust what the 5500xt or possibly the 5600xt could offer.

Especially after reading about possible PCIe bandwidth bottlenecks

I think the 5500xt isn't a bad card, it's just really overpriced compared to Polaris 580 and 590.
