According to one of VideoCardz's sources, AMD has moved the original announcement date of Threadripper 3000 from today to Thursday. The reason is unknown, but expect three SKUs to be announced on November 7: the 3960X, 3970X, and 3990X. AMD isn't expected to reveal too much about the latter.

AMD is set to announce three of the Threadripper SKUs: 3960X, 3970X and 3990X at the same time. Board partners will also unveil their TRX40 motherboards for the new platform. The 3990X announcement will only be in a form of a teaser, with no detailed information available (we suspect AMD may just unveil the core count, but clocks and pricing won’t be shared).

Soon in 2020: Threadripper APU: 16 core CPU 5700ish navi GPU die and 16gb HBM plus DDR 5 ram interface.
I know its unlikely, but it should be technically possible for AMD.
