AMD users should expect to learn whether red team's first Ryzen 7000 Series processors with 3D V-Cache technology will be worth upgrading to over their standard counterparts shortly before release. According to a tweet from @momomo_us, the review embargo for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D has been scheduled to lift next Monday, February 27, just one day before the release date that David McAfee, Corporate VP and GM of AMD's Client Channel Business, shared in a video from earlier this month that detailed their availability and pricing. Available beginning February 28, AMD's Ryzen 9 7950X3D and Ryzen 9 7900X3D are 16-core processors based on the Zen 4 architecture that feature SEPs of $699 and $599, respectively.
