Back 4 Blood Isn’t Getting Any New Content

Warner Bros. Games launched Back 4 Blood in October 2021, a first-person cooperative zombie shooter from Turtle Rock Studios that turned out to be a decent time for fans of the developer's original hit, Left 4 Dead (2008). According to a letter that Turtle Rock Studios shared this week, Back 4 Blood will not be getting any new content updates beyond what's already been released, which include three expansions in the form of Tunnels of Terror, Children of the Worm, and River of Blood, a brand-new Act 6 story campaign with five maps that released last month. The studio explained that it doesn't have enough staff to continue working on the game, as it's already moved on to "the next big thing."
