Coinbase CEO and co-founder Brian Armstrong has announced that he is laying off 18% of the company's staff, a decision that was prompted in large part by the sharp downturn of the crypto market.

You have a good point. I think it might be as bad early on - but we won't see it last nearly as long.

Gamers have spent years without good options. As soon as we start to see options, we are going to see an awful lot of folks with GTX1650's and GTX1060's rush to upgrade.

But gamers don't have an insatiable appetite for cards like miners do. The supply will settle out a lot faster -- provided that the manufacturers don't pull shenanigans to keep supply too constrained and prices artificially high.
