CPU Questions

I have a question considering the CPUs. Im looking in buying a new PC and wouldnt kn speed test ow what I should go these days, either AMD or Intel. I was looking at 8-core CPUS (yes I need 8 core). Should I go for a 10700K/11700K or a 5800X. I could also go 5700G without a GPU to save money but I really dont know. Could someone help me maybe out? showbox

Honestly, it doesn't really matter. They perform closely to one another. With AMD you have the option to go with 12 and 16 core CPU's so that's something to consider. What are you using it for? What's your budget?
