Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Is CD PROJEKT RED’s Most Expensive DLC Ever

Phantom Liberty is Cyberpunk 2077's first, and reportedly only, expansion, but that isn't the only thing that makes it special. Speaking to Parkiet, a local (Polish) publication, CD PROJEKT RED's Marek Bugdoł revealed that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is the "biggest addition in the studio's history in terms of budget." This would imply that Phantom Liberty is the developer's most expensive DLC ever, exceeding the costs of previous expansions that include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine add-ons. It's unclear whether Bugdoł's comment also applies to the scope and length of Phantom Liberty, however.

Yeah, expensive can just mean bad leadership and wasting of money. Now if they said "expansive" instead that would be more noteworthy.
