Well, near future is relative, he said it won't even be fully revealed until 2023, so by my estimate it can't come sooner than Q3 2023.

But what was also confirmed is the last of us remake, titled The Last of Us Part 1, will come out on PC, but no date was announced as of yet. Hopefully this year. The non-existent platform version comes out on September 2nd.
