NVIDIA Releases GeForce RTX 4070 Graphics Card and GeForce Game Ready 531.61 WHQL Driver

The GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card is now available starting at $599, NVIDIA has announced, and GeForce users can download the new GeForce Game Ready 531.61 WHQL driver through GeForce Experience to celebrate. This driver introduces support for the GeForce RTX 4070, and while it doesn't appear to include any optimizations for new and upcoming titles, it does introduce some fixes, including one that addresses random crashes in The Last of Us Part 1 for GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs. NVIDIA still hasn't figured out how to fix the weird flickering issue in Watch Dogs 2, although some players say it only happens when the GPU nears or hits 100% usage.
