NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution is an exciting new feature for GeForce RTX 40 and 30 Series GPUs that uses AI to improve the quality of any video watched in a browser by removing blocky compression artifacts and upscaling video resolution. According to an update from what appears to be Manuel Guzman (Software QA at NVIDIA), the feature is on track to be released this month as initially promised, and users will be able to find it as part of the upcoming R530 driver branch. Google Chrome 110 has already been released with RTX Video Super Resolution enabled by default, although the feature will also be available for Edge, Microsoft's browser.
