Apple users who have been holding out for an iPad with one of today's premiere display technologies may want to prepare their wallets. According to sources with South Korean outlet The Elec, OLED iPads will cost 60% higher than the current models, with the 11-inch and 13-inch options pegged at around $1,500 and $1,800, respectively. Apple critics are calling this a ridiculous markup, while industry reaction appears to be more positive, with some describing the price increase as being "reasonable" in that it's an Apple product with a high, loyal customer base. These iPads will supposedly launch next year.

I have found it odd, due to the mechanics of supply and demand, that most iPads actually cost less than iPhones.

Tablets are.... Just in-between. The bigger screen can make it better than a phone, but other than that, they arent superior to a high end phone. They are also less useful than a laptop. Its just a cool addition to have, but seems to be that, an addition.

They are great for wasting time. They have limited use cases for getting work done. Apart from that - yeah
