The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (16 GB) will be launching with a 165-watt TDP and different GPU than the 8 GB model, according to sources with VideoCardz. That TDP is reportedly just a smidgen higher than the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8 GB), which is rumored to feature a TDP of 160 watts. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (16 GB) is also said to feature the AD106-351 GPU instead of the AD106-350 GPU in the 8 GB model, implying that there will be some differences in design. Recent reports have suggested that the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (16 GB) won't be out until July, with the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8 GB) coming earlier in May.

Back to the "Same Product Name, two different products" game again?

This 4060ti 16gb would make a very good 1080p ultra card.

Only thing that needs to be watched is the price

Possibly but unlikely atm, the difference in chip might just be to allow it to use the 16 GB of ram, will have to wait and see if there are other differences, but it does not look like the diference between the 2 would be as big as the announced 4080's were.
