I've been on the queue since december 2nd and I really forgot about it, I mean it's been like 9 months already, but I got the mail yesterday. By the time I read it today, it was too late.

I'm still on the queue for a RTX3070 so I still have hope.
 
You should try messaging EVGA support and explaining the situation to them. I remember seeing posts on their forums about guys who missed their emails initially, but having their purchase links re-activated after talking to support.

I put in for a 3060 when they launched and never received an email. Forgot all about it as well, and honestly I am no longer interested anyway.
