ExecutableFix has shared the specifications for AMD’s upcoming lineup of Ryzen 5000U Series (“Cezanne” and “Lucienne”) processors, which comprise low-power mobile CPUs leveraging the Zen 3 and Zen 2 generations, respectively.



There are at least six SKUs, the fastest of which is the Ryzen 7 5800U – an 8-core, 16-thread chip with a 2 GHz base clock and 4.4 GHz boost clock, as well as a Radeon RX Vega-based iGPU with 8 Compute Units running at 2 GHz. While the number of GPU cores have remained the same, those clocks are a nice improvement over the current generation’s AMD Ryzen 7 4800U (1.8 GHz base clock, 4.2 GHz boost clock).

Looks nice.
Still the same igpu, but I guess is you want stronger you just buy a laptop with a different solution.
Seems AMD is taking the intel approach of having the igpu be a bonus with all cpus, which may or may not be used.

Well, this is the mobile lineup, so not quite the same thing as Intel, but yeah.
 
Of course these are not even due to be released until sometime in 2021. Hard to even guess when release will be. They figure there might be a notice as early as January however who really knows.
