The Last of Us: The Complete First Season Announced for 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray

The Last of Us fans may have seen HBO's acclaimed adaptation already, but soon, they'll be able to check it out again in the highest possible quality. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, in association with HBO, has announced that 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and Blu-ray versions of The Last of Us: The Complete First Season will be available to purchase beginning Tuesday, July 18. In addition to the series' nine episodes, viewers can treat themselves to over 10 featurettes, including a discussion with scientists about how an apocalyptic event with Cordyceps might play out if the fungi were to successfully invade humans in real life. An Amazon UK listing can confirm that a steelbook version of The Last of Us' first season will also be available in select territories.
