Toplitz Productions and RealityArts Studio have announced Unawake, a new first-person adventure game set in a dark fantasy world that's being brought to life on Unreal Engine 5.

I mean, that's cool and all but melee has rarely ever been done in first person and when it has, the movements have always been super repetitive. We'll see how it goes I guess.

Been a looooong time since I played either game, but I remember Dark Messiah of M&M and Riddick: EFBB having pretty good melee combat for first-person games.
