We used to call those "luggables" not "portables" ... both for the Compaq and Osborne varieties. Just because you put a handle on it, doesn't make it portable.
Isn't it just too coincidental that the prior top 3 products were a gaming computer (laptop), a 24 TB hard drive, and a GPU. This second list of top 3 includes products in the same categories, albeit with a desktop instead of a laptop. Coincidence or, as Brian suggests, deceptive marketing...
Good news for you. GoG has MOO and MOO2 currently on sale at bundle price of $2.39 ... that is, if you don't have a copy that works on modern computers.

A little more slapstick ... I was expecting the xbox dude to not realize he'd reached the end of the escalator (as he was looking back at the ps dude) and then he and the xbox would have taken a tumble. Alas ... it was not to be.
That sums up my latest experience with EVGA. I bought their 3090ti AIO and they closed their GPU division. I think that move took a lot of us by surprise, so ... moral of the story, "poop happens whether you're forewarned of it or not."
