So how it works is... Your computer, MS, and the goverment have the keys, to which you have no access. You know, its the state farm you are In goods hands security type situation.
Of course they got problems, people buy their cards pretty much no matter what, so no matter what is what you get.
Also still waiting for those AMD killing discounts everybody says Nvidia will do if AMD puts out a seriously competitive product... News flash, discounts aint coming, ever.
Honestly, I used to react more to such things as losing A3d sound support and such, but really in the end, its how it goes. In consoles, its just that you buy a whole box that may or may not change everything, with computers different things just lose support at different times.
Who knew all AMD had to do was release a good mid range card properly priced with functional drivers, and Nvidia is showing all kinds of weaknesses. If AMD can keep it together for a bit maybe they will gain a point or five in marketshare.
Still counting down to 'Nvidia will just price cut'
I...
Up next: drivers are like wine, nvidia edition. I mean we already got the ' its complicated' excuse for drivers. Now we are getting the double of zero math excuses. Well, seems that if AMD keeps their crap together for long, they will nibble at Nvidias share afterall... Maybe.
So, do we have a price, or more like a value war in our hands? Maybe we will see the widespread belief that 'NVIDIA can lower prices anytime' put to the test?
