As long as it's from microcenter and not some stupid exclusive with best buy.
Well it is harder for scalpers if they have to come in person and said store doesn't cover the entire US... but not impossible.

True, but even scalpers are getting gun-shy. Hence the 9800x3d's being in stock at Microcenters. (or perhaps there are volume limitations MC is putting in place.)
did I mention I love Microcenter because I do.
 
Been some pricing leaks on the 5080 and it's coming in at just under $1600.

That's a hard NO from me considering I'll also need a water block that'll probably be around $300.
