Recommend a fan hub for a be quiet! Pure Base 501 please and thank you.

This is a fun rabbit hole. Some googling got me to this:

https://www.razer.com/gaming-pc-accessories/razer-pwm-pc-fan-controller

Which is reported as being compatible with the open Fan Control software, no Razer Synapse :)internal puke:) involved.

Much of the hardware choice will be dictated by the software ecosystem that you wish to use / are willing to put up with. Personally I'd stick with doing it in the BIOS if at all possible, but when that's not enough I'd employ AquaSuite with AquaComputer controllers like the Quadro and Octo. This is more useful for custom water cooling, as you run into the problem of having temperature sensors reliably reporting to whatever is controlling fans (and pumps).

Gratitude homies! 🍻 Never had anything Noctua I was not stoked with. I have avoided RGB since retiring from doing custom builds for clients in early 2020. RGB sells PCs, but it is not for me. The Pure Base501is all black stealth. I am probably going to get the Noctua.

I do love the corsair link sets with hub. One wire to control up to 7 fans on a channel w 2 channels on a hub. Works like a charm too.

While I'm using this and it's convenient, the fans seem mediocre at best, pretty loud and they don't seem to move a ton of air. Using their LX fans series so ymmv.

Prefer the be quiet fans in my previous build but they only come with a flimsy RGB hub.

That's Corsair fans in a nutshell... I stick to Noctua, Phanteks T30-120, or the better Be Quiet! fans. Lian Li also aren't terrible for those that seek blinkenlights.
