Decent PC under $400 for kids and family

It's an alright baseline, especially because it appears to be built out of over the counter stuff (unlike a lot of the entry level Dell and HP stuff).

Throw in a 9060XT 8GB for like $250 and you'd have a proper entry level PC going.
