  1. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 More Popular than AMD’s Entire Radeon RX 6000 Series, According to Steam

So unless AMD can find another fab for it's GPU's or TSMC can seriously up their numbers just expect more of the same for next gen too....?
  2. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 More Popular than AMD’s Entire Radeon RX 6000 Series, According to Steam

I asked in some other thread a while back that I would have liked to see how many 6000 series GPU's AMD actually has sold. Reason was that I knew so very few that actually owned one. I'm guessing the sales numbers are not all that flattering for AMD.

  4. Steam suggests there are more RTX 3090 cards online than the entire RX 6000-series put together

And while the TSMC 7nm proved to be very successfull for AMD, Nvidia did mostly better with 8nm, And Intel shows signs of catching up with 10nm. I'm personally not sold on the 7nm AMD CPU design, while my 5800X runs fine and fast it's hot at idle and has temp spikes that hit the high 80's in...
  5. Linux Gaming Market Share Reaches 1 Percent on Steam

I think its great that there are options. I prefer Adobe's walled pay per month garden and it's not even expensive. Affinity is great for retouching, not so much for Raw shooters. And honestly if you really retouch a lot you should be in Photoshop anyhow and that comes with the Adobe plan. As...

  7. 3dfx Interactive Says It’ll Return This Winter with New Graphics Cards, Will Expand Into Smartphones, Smart TVs, and Other Products

3dfx would be an odd choice for branding junk like they did with Polaroid, Bell & Howell etc. It has a very narrow audience as far as name recognition goes.

  13. Glossy or flat/textured mouse ?

I suppose there's no way around it. I hate just about anything glossy, from car interiors to film cameras. But I do think glossy wears a bit longer.
  14. Glossy or flat/textured mouse ?

    I have a set on a GTI, pretty sure it's a passenger car :)
  15. Glossy or flat/textured mouse ?

Was hoping one would outlast the other, like a gloss black non painted would basically just look the same as its just black plastic. Maybe. Michelin Pilot Sport btw, everything else is just a runner up.
  16. Glossy or flat/textured mouse ?

I really like flat textured mice surfaces, but they always develop glossy spots from wear. Do Glossy mice hold up better?
  17. Scarlett Johansson Sues Disney for Not Releasing Black Widow Exclusively in Theaters

I honestly don't care who this is about but rather what. I worked in the entertainment industry in NYC and saw a lot of ppl treated very poorly regardless of fame. Mostly women, naturally.
