  1. NVIDIA Is Reportedly Requiring Board Partners to Have at Least One MSRP Model for Its GeForce RTX 5060 Series Launch

It's not clear to me if there will be FE versions of the 5060/5060Ti I've read rumors both ways.
  2. NVIDIA Is Reportedly Requiring Board Partners to Have at Least One MSRP Model for Its GeForce RTX 5060 Series Launch

So they will have a card at MSRP than won't be available anywhere...
  3. XFX Quicksilver AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Magnetic Air Edition Video Card – Launch Review

mmm nope in raster 9070XT trades blows with the RTX5070Ti although the Ti tends to win more and by a larger margin. 9070 completely destroys the RTX5070 In RT never been so close but there's still a 15%-20% performance delta. To think that the 9070XT is actually closer price wise to the...
  4. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Founders Edition Video Card Review

Wow RTX 4090 performance for just $549, right?.... right?   ;)
  5. AMD Radeon RX 9000 Series GPUs & RDNA 4 Architecture & FSR 4: Announcement & Info

I currently have a RTX3070Ti and skipped RTX40, not sure if I'll go RTX50, might end up skipping it as well.
  6. AMD Radeon RX 9000 Series GPUs & RDNA 4 Architecture & FSR 4: Announcement & Info

Well I think the argument could be that people tend to skip a generation to upgrade, so people upgrading from say a RTX 3070Ti/3080Super can see the benefits of going with a 9000 series.
  7. AMD Radeon RX 9000 Series GPUs & RDNA 4 Architecture & FSR 4: Announcement & Info

I can only hope that thanks to the 9070 series prices, 5070Ti prices will como more down to earth and be closer to MSRP (once stock settles). I don't really see nvidia cutting the 5070Ti price but at least getting them for closer to $750 would still be good news.
  8. AMD Radeon RX 9000 Series GPUs & RDNA 4 Architecture & FSR 4: Announcement & Info

BTW AMD claiming FSR 4 performance mode is better than FRS3.1 is not saying much but at least is a step in the right direction.
  9. AMD Radeon RX 9000 Series GPUs & RDNA 4 Architecture & FSR 4: Announcement & Info

It is at times like this that I miss Anand's in depth tech coverage.
  10. Remember when nvidia was a gaming video card company?

Gaming revenue is less than 8% of its total earnings, which incidentally went down 11% compared to last year
  11. DLSS 4 finally better than native?

When DLSS was first announced it promised IQ every bit as good as native. Far from it, there were numerous issues like ghosting, smear and blurriness. Then DLSS 2 came out and it was a great improvement delivering IQ that in some instances almost matched native. Still the same issues while...
  12. ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Video Card Review

on a side note, apparently this "MSRP" card is being listed for $1,000 and up
  13. ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Video Card Review

From what I've seen, 4k gaming is within reach in several games even without DLSS, but RT is pretty much out of the question even with DLSS. well... actually there's multiframe generation, but, really?
  14. ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Video Card Review

compared to the 4070Ti super, it does.
  15. ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Video Card Review

While I expected it to be much closer to the RTX 4080 vs the RTX 4070Ti, it's a nice card none the less. From what I've gathered from other reviews, the 5070Ti likes 4k better than 1440p, where it seems to call for some driver optimizations, could be the best 4kDLSS card for the price. No...
  16. NVIDIA Confirms Lack of Support for 32-Bit PhysX on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, Affecting Borderlands 2, Mirror’s Edge, Batman: Arkham City, and ...

I don't recall ever being able to use Physx on Batman Arkham with my RTX3070 or GTX1070
  17. First Two GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Graphics Cards Have Been Spotted for $749 MSRP

man if this card was actually at MSRP it would be the card to get.
  18. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB) Launches on February 20, Delivering “2X” the Performance of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

So without DLLS 4 it will be about as fast? The 5070Ti specs doesn't seem too castrated from the 5080, so I hoped for close to RTX4080 performance. Guess I hoped for too much.
