  2. NVIDIA Is Reportedly Requiring Board Partners to Have at Least One MSRP Model for Its GeForce RTX 5060 Series Launch

I can only account for what I'm being told about the Charlotte microcenter. For the past couple weeks they've been getting in more 7000 series cards than 9000. Specifically 7900 XT's and 7800 XT's. I didn't think those were being made anymore, yet, that's what they're getting. With a random...
  3. NVIDIA Is Reportedly Requiring Board Partners to Have at Least One MSRP Model for Its GeForce RTX 5060 Series Launch

Well, the 7000 series was a paper launch, barely any made it to stores for months. So beating that was rather easy. And they did stock stores quite well with 9000 series at launch, which was nice. Now, though, back to vaporware. 1-3 cards a week to stores isn't going to cut it. Unless AMD and...
  4. NVIDIA Is Reportedly Requiring Board Partners to Have at Least One MSRP Model for Its GeForce RTX 5060 Series Launch

It just feels like after the initial launch supply both Nvidia and AMD have given up. As if, that's what you get, good luck, have fun, we're focusing on other things. Want a new card, try your luck at next year's launch. I say that because supply at my local microcenter after the initial...

Was thinking the same thing. Create a page for it on the website, just never make a single one.

  9. AMD Rep Gets Round of Laughter at Round-Table Event After Stating “AMD Isn’t Used to Selling Graphics Cards…”, Regarding Record High Sales

I still think the 9070 and 9070XT will sell well even if the Nvidia cards suddenly come in stock. People are jaded at Nvidia over the pricing, especially with the AMD cards very close in performance for a lot less.
  10. Intel Appoints New CEO as Company Works to Deliver Better Execution, Rebuild Product Leadership, Advance Its Foundry Strategy, and Regain Investor ...

And why is it that every time a company has problems they immediately hire more executives? Your product is crap, you don't need executives, you need to pay competent engineers to fix the problems!
  11. AMD Says It’s Working with Partners to Get More Lower Cost RX 9070/9070 XT GPUs in Stock and Denies Claims of MSRP Being Launch-Only Pricing

How many other brick and mortar stores are there that cater to computer enthusiasts? None, really. Some Best Buy's have a small section of components. My local store doesn't even have that. It would be nice if there were more options.
  12. Retailers Are Building Borg Cubes out of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Because RDNA 4 Stock Is So Good: “Resistance Is Futile”

I know, I'm still rocking a 2080 Ti. And the 5070 Ti and 9070 XT are about double the performance, on average. Time to upgrade. But I need a waterblock.
  13. AMD Says It’s Working with Partners to Get More Lower Cost RX 9070/9070 XT GPUs in Stock and Denies Claims of MSRP Being Launch-Only Pricing

Guess that depends on where you are. I can go to Microcenter right now and buy an in stock 9070 for $550.
  14. Retailers Are Building Borg Cubes out of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Because RDNA 4 Stock Is So Good: “Resistance Is Futile”

Exactly. It'll come down to how fast AMD can get stock back on shelves. Since Nvidia is failing miserably at it.
  15. Retailers Are Building Borg Cubes out of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Because RDNA 4 Stock Is So Good: “Resistance Is Futile”

Looks like my local Microcenter sold out of the 9070 XT's. There were hundreds of them in stock yesterday. I'm not upset, that's a good thing that hundreds of people were able to get the card they wanted. Surprisingly I see 7900 XTX's in stock, and still a lot of the regular 9070's at MSRP...
  16. Retailers Are Building Borg Cubes out of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Because RDNA 4 Stock Is So Good: “Resistance Is Futile”

Surprisingly my local MC has a lot of 9070's and 9070 XT's in stock. As in hundreds. WTG AMD!
