  3. Take-Two Should Price GTA VI at “$80, or Even $100” to Help the Game Industry Rebound in 2025, Analyst Says

Not surprised at pokemon, its just a safe bet for parents to get their kids. Nintendo in general is, thats why they remain, and the fact that as a company they are willing to eat slow years and not mass layoff and crap like this as far as I know. Theres a color for everyone, so its pointless to...
  4. Take-Two Should Price GTA VI at “$80, or Even $100” to Help the Game Industry Rebound in 2025, Analyst Says

Competition is hard, and in games its been red hot for decades. Dont think theres a single thing to point out, ( as far as pricing and business models such as subscription, so on, theres simply plenty of everything in games) its just pure tough competition. I will point out the bloated budgets...
  5. AMD Explains Absence of Radeon RX 9000 Series and RDNA 4 at CES 2025 Press Conference: “We Had 45 Minutes, and We [Would Have] Had to Rush Throug...

No one is interested in competing strongly in value. Maybe no one can? I have hard time believing this, my proof is consoles, but whatever, I guess dgpu are soooo special, they have to be priced in multiples of console prices or be a junky low end.
  6. AMD Explains Absence of Radeon RX 9000 Series and RDNA 4 at CES 2025 Press Conference: “We Had 45 Minutes, and We [Would Have] Had to Rush Throug...

Yep, just so they can price 2-7% lower for a 5-15% lesser product in each tier (minus top, perhaps top 2 tiers in which AMD simply has no product) and get the sales of people in need of an upgrade but just cant find an Nvidia product at the tier they need. Hope I am wrong though.

  9. AI PCs Will Become the “New Normal” and Capture 60% of Total PC Shipments This Year as Windows 12 Launches in 2H 2025, Analysts Say

Meh, what does this mean really, Cotana et al shoved everywhere and processors that run a bit faster as you do the same thing over and over, for sure I welcome the latter, dont know about the former, though AI can be useful. Asking AI to order groceries and turn off the lights is a lot less of...

  12. GSC Explains Why It Couldn’t Delay S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Any Longer to Fix Bugs: “You’re So Tired That You Would Just Die”

Is there ever going to be discipline among developers as not to do this? Meh most likely AI will fix this situation.
  13. Microsoft Calls TPM 2.0 a “Non-Negotiable” Standard for Windows, Closing the Door on Windows 11 Supporting Older Hardware

But they aint, and will give MS more money. I will admit, their products just work fine at work. Cant fault institutions for just going forward with suscriptions and all kinds of MS products.
