Is 8GB or 10/12GB vram not enough?

I mean really... if you're not gaming or doing AI work... or some heavy HEAVY Cad work... you really don't need that much GPU... though... my laptops business RTX card can barely handle an animated background for my teams call using broadcast with eye focus. ;) (only 6 gig of vram)

Valve’s New VR Headset “Deckard” Will Launch in Late 2025 for $1,200, It’s Claimed

My log of un-played but owned games across platforms is truly staggering. If these were boxes on a wall I would need a freaking local library worth of shelf space to hold the games. Ok someone should do an exercise on that. take the average PC game case. (Remember the titanic boxes with...

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Confirms Blackwell Successor, Rubin, During Unannounced Trip to TSMC

I mean duh? Could you imagine if the successor wasn't in development before the current was out? What do you just give all of your development engineers a quarter or two off to chill and come back? No, sure they might stack up some vacations but development continues. I just don't see...

MSI B850M MORTAR WIFI Motherboard Review

yea my temps are solid.. and I don't have a NEED for more than 64 gigs of ram. If I need something with more ram like that it's likely to be professional need and I'll have work drop the dime on that! If I can...

Valve’s New VR Headset “Deckard” Will Launch in Late 2025 for $1,200, It’s Claimed

I still dont think VR will truly be a thing yet. I could see an AR gaming experience truly catch on first.

I'm not going to armchair engineer the CPU's... not like back in the 90's when PC magazine deep dove into CPU design. Sigh.. I miss that mag. Where was I... this isn't my house... WHO ARE YOU! STRANGER DANGER!!! STOP DROP AND ROLL.. Ok anyway I just think they need to find a better...

    Intel Core Ultra 9 285K & Ultra 5 245K CPU Review

100% true. But for me, and I presume for many, this is both a profession and a hobby. So for work I get the do engineering and develop server solutions, manage VMware (Maybe RHEL Hypervisors in the near future), and Illumio, and SAN storage running on dedicated fabric networks... SQL server...
