There are uses for AI in game creation. Auto variance on repeated assets and that sort of thing it's going to be great for. Could even be awesome to have limited interaction LLM's for NPC's you run into to make them more lifelike and engaging. But to full stack create a game? I question that.

No it isn't but having multipe locations to store and having a good raid 5 sure does help prevent data loss.

Man back before geek squad I did a short stint doing computer service at a Best Buy. We would get these once beige Packard bell computers in that were stained cigarette tar yellow inside and out. I hated those things.

We are getting closer and closer... but I envision when cars come out with a dock. All of the automotive stuff is integrated behind the scenes. Your controller for your system isn't really built in. you buy a device from your manufacturer of choice that interfaces with the car giving you...

Honestly, they need to release the next one as a set. A home unit that can do 4k with upscaling. And a hand held unit that you get remote play access to for the games you have on your home unit as part of a subscription. A effectively complete gaming bundle. At least that's my take.

my take... this is exactly what happens when you have AI basically writing code. It's not capable enough for work like this and only focuses on the specific goal not the holistic approach.

Man I literally have 3 servers with 512 gig of ram ans 36 cores doing nothing. Tempted to do this and see if anyone says boo. Lol. Would need to throw a vm on each only thing preventing me is the vmware licensing trolls.
