Bitmain’s Antminer E9 Is Equivalent to 25 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 GPUs in Ethereum Mining Power

When these bad boys roll out and a flood of misused mining GPUs hit the used market, I'll open my home to a GPU or two.

Marvel Studios Reportedly Bringing Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, John Bernthal’s Punisher, and More into the MCU

The first season of Jessica Jones was good, if mostly for Tennants villain.

Marvel Studios Reportedly Bringing Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, John Bernthal’s Punisher, and More into the MCU

Good news, I really enjoyed Daredevil. Hopefully they'll keep the violent content and not tone it down to fit their current Disney+ Marvel content.

PlayStation 5’s First Major Update Will Enable External Storage for PS5 Games and More

Just installed the update and am now on the hunt for a sizable external storage HDD. Personally, I wanted external HDD support (even if its only for storage and not launching) over the NVME expansion going active. The way I saw it, compatible drives will be expensive for awhile, so I'd...

GIGABYTE P750GM 750W Power Supply Review

There's something therapeutic with reading through a Paul Johnson PSU review - it's like comfort food for the PC DIY-soul.

Nintendo to Increase Focus on Developing Original IPs

Good on them - sounds like the opposite approach to what Sony is taking with their studios (focused on 'surefire hits', ie: sequels, remakes).

Naughty Dog Reportedly Developing The Last of Us Remake for PlayStation 5

Seems a little early to me too; Might just be because I'm growing impatient waiting for an improved Last of Us 2 PS5 release. Though - maybe they want to remaster Last of Us 1 so they can release a souped up PC version alongside it. Now that would be something I could get excited for (KB+M...

Microsoft Announces New Xbox Game Pass Titles for April

Really hoping EA brings the NHL series to PC soon. They've got their other big sports franchises on PC now, so I feel confident they'll bring it over.

NVIDIA Could Be Reviving the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Don't jinx things - I don't want to spend my final days scouring a barren Earth paying scalper prices (or pillaging) for plant seeds.

China’s First 7 Nanometer GPU “Big Island” Nears Mass Production to Challenge AMD and NVIDIA

Think we're seeing China's endgame play out. Cause a GPU shortage crisis via the coronavirus, and then sell the only readily available GPU. Game over, man, game over!

Sony Confirms Closure of PlayStation Store on PS3, PS Vita, and PSP Devices This Summer

Now I have a strong urge to stock up on classic Playstation games for my Vita (or homebrew the hell out of it). I was on a stint up north for work and was traveling quite frequently, the Vita was easily my most used gaming device (had to hibernate the PC due to insane Arctic data caps). I...

What happened to the EGVA queue anyway?

I haven't tried it myself (got my GPU late December), but I've been hearing good things about the Newegg Lottery system. I think if I was trying to get a card right now, that's where I think I'd find the most success.

What happened to the EGVA queue anyway?

Yeah, I used to follow the queue times (and was in for a few), but that grew old fast when you'd see how slowly they moved. Sometimes moving up the queue in 'seconds' was a big movement for the cards. I liked the idea of the queue system, but the execution wasn't great.

Forever Entertainment to Develop Multiple Remakes Based on Square Enix IP

My first thought was a Parasite Eve remake, but I missed the 'several game remakes'. Unless there was something lost in translation, and the 'several game remakes' was a reference to the remakes being made for multiple systems (consoles, PC, mobile), then my original gut feeling of Parasite Eve...

    Halo Infinite Looks Great Now

I don't really remember the environments looking bad - thought it was more of an issue with the character models. Still, can't help but feel some excitement here - looking forward to having a Halo game on PC to play.
