I like the nova because it would allow me to use all the NVMe slots withour losing GPU lanes which is pretty common on most boards, should not be an issue if you don't intend to use more then 2-3 NVMe drives but I want 4 + some SATA ports too.

Only 1 5000 series card available here, the gigabyte 5080 waterforce for a measily 1.899€

They can limit the amount of cards one person can buy, but they can't force the buyers to keep them for themselves. Given there is very limited initial stock I don't doubt they will sell out online in seconds and pretty fast in stores too.
