Yeah, that's pretty nice - I'm currently using a FV43U and definitely love the 42" size on a desktop.

Yeah, I seem to recall CDPR also not showing the base console versions of the game before release (or it mightve been brief snippets.) They knew what a terrible state the game was in and were trying to hide it.

I wish they'd copy the Evercade 'Retrocade' (iirc) console. That one has a console which you buy standalone game packs for, and the game packs usually have a few games on them (usually by publisher). Take that style of console, but have Sega hardware cartridges to buy (ie: a 'Genesis'...

Best part of the movie are the Sam Raimi horror elements - if they ever do a R-rated live action Marvel Zombies film, they need to get Raimi involved. Otherwise, it's a very 'by the numbers' MCU superhero film.

I didn't recognize the name either, but I do remember their previous name: "THQ Nordic". I'm glad with the move, felt like these series weren't getting the push they deserved/needed from Square Enix. I also think this puts Square Enix in a more affordable position for Sony to purchase.

I never got around to completing the original Max Payne or playing its sequels - so definitely interested in these remasters.

I bet they're only developing PS3 b/c so they *can* nickel and dime players through a subscription service. I reckon these PS3 titles will be digital only and available through their PS Plus service (ala Nintendo Online) and it won't actually be able to run PS3 discs. Sony's been less bullish...

Not sure if a more accessible engine would've helped Dragon Age Inquisition that much. A lot of the gameplay in the game was filler-style content, I remember some of the maps felt like a boring slog (especially the tedious DLC content). Witcher 3 on the other hand, every quest in that game...

I never played Chrono Cross when it first came out, I picked it up years later for my Vita but couldn't get past its 'PS1-era' appearance. This remake will probably get me to pick it up again if the appearance is cleaned up enough (and seems like an excellent title for the Steam Deck).

I remember an article where a guy using a similar device (might be the same guy, actually) broke typing records. And I can see why, basically a single flick will take you to whatever key required. I do agree that it'd be a steep learning curve to learn, but probably worth it. Looking at it...

It makes sense uncapped framerates would drain that battery quick. I'm thinking we'll see better battery life once Valve has their software ready to go (ie: optimized brightness/performance levels, Steam OS tweaks, etc). I'm eating up the videos for this device, really feeling pumped for it...

Not sure why there's surprise the thing's so large, I remember seeing comparisons with the Nintendo Switch during the media hands-on event where the Deck dwarfed the console.
