    I did it! I created a new Youtube channel and posted my video again. Now the video can show up on 4K, while it's still HD in my old channel. I record my gameplay in FullHD but use Resolution Scale mode to 4K. The recording video is still in 1920x1080, but it becomes 4K thoroughly after doing my way:
