    sed awk gedit gvim bash Plex putty winscp Android (just stating the obvious) ESXi & VMWare ... and the list goes on. Mostly I do a lot of bash scripts for work.

    I've used most of them but always come back to MS Office. I'm an Excel junkie and prefer Outlook to the rest of the mail apps currently.

    I'll echo the comments on the Web GUI being more responsive and overall better with 6.7u2. I have it running on older hardware at home and it runs quite well.

    Since I want a selfie camera for the two or three times a year I use it but otherwise want it out of the way I welcome this possibility. I don't think I'll upgrade anytime soon but definitely like where many of the phones are currently going with the exception of price points.

    I feel that I have taken the necessary precautions to include giving the VM direct access to the external NIC which then removes the ESXi virtualization layer to the greatest extent possible. Is it perfect of course not but I don't think it is "insecure" either.

    With the recent security issues from Intel I've stated on top of the bios updates for my laptop. My TR system I have also maintained because the platform is so new and the updates have brought stability.

    I have a TR 2950 build and with the purpose it was built for couldn't got to anything but a server for a replacement. Not enough memory on the lower tiers. Additionally with M.2 SSD drives you can very easily run out of PCIe Lanes.

    I never did understand the hype train that got rolling about killing off TR. There are too many features that Ryzen doesn't have that are available under TR and I just didn't see them creating a workstation line of Epyc processors.
