“GTC News Can Wait”: NVIDIA Postpones Potential GPU Announcements Due to Coronavirus

In a blog post written by the man himself, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang revealed that his company would not be making any GTC news announcements on March 24 as originally planned.



All other events (e.g., live webinars, recorded talks and panels) are on schedule, but it could be some time until we learn the truth about NVIDIA’s next-generation “Ampere” graphics cards, which may or may not be of the 7 nm variety.



(According to one recent rumor, these GPUs will actually be fabricated on Samsung’s 10 nm node.)
