GIGABYTE has announced that it has established a new company called Giga Computing Technology, a spin-off of GIGABYTE's enterprise solutions division that will act as an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary and use the GIGABYTE brand to drive server business growth and innovation.

Sounds like Giga is their Enterprise targeted brand. Toshiba has been trying to get into the enterprise space a while now... will be interesting to see if another vendor has the chops to win some market share.
