Dead by Daylight is headed to the silver screen. As reported by Variety, Atomic Monster and Blumhouse are teaming up with Behaviour Interactive to develop a feature film adaptation of the Canadian developer's hit multiplayer (4 vs. 1) horror game, which launched in 2016 and has since reached over 50 million players worldwide, allowing one to take on the role of the single Killer or as one of four survivors who must avoid being caught and killed. One of the bigger attractions of Dead by Daylight is its crossover expansions, which introduced characters from Silent Hill, Resident Evil, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and other popular horror franchises.

I mean, if anyone can do it, James Wan can. Even so, they'll have to be pretty careful about how they structure a film set around this.
