NVIDIA continues to enjoy a dominant position in the add-in board space with an 84% market share, according to a new post from Jon Peddie Research that discusses how graphics add-in board shipments continue to decline amid a tough market, with a 12.6% decrease quarter to quarter and a 38.2% decrease year to year. AMD's market share, in comparison, remained flat from last quarter, noted the marketing, research, and management consulting firm, while Intel, which entered the market in Q3 22 with its Arc A770 and A750 GPUs, gained 2% in market share. "Nvidia’s quarter-to-quarter unit shipments decreased -15.2%. Nvidia continues to hold a dominant market share position at 83.7%," reads one highlight.
