12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700K Performance Teased in New Benchmarks, 24 Percent Faster Single-Core Performance Than Predecessor

TUM_APISAK has shared new CPU-Z benchmark scores for one of Intel’s upcoming Alder Lake i7 SKUs, the Core i7-12700K.



The CPU scored 800 points and 9,423 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively, which is quite a bit faster than its Rocket Lake predecessors. Intel’s Core i7-12700K also appears to beat all of AMD’s current mainstream desktop Zen 3 chips in the single-core department, losing only to the Ryzen 9 5950 and Ryzen 9 5900X in the multi-core tests.
