James Gunn has found his stars for Superman: Legacy, with David Corenswet having won the coveted role of Clark Kent, the alter ego of Kal-El/Superman, and Rachel Brosnahan joining him as the superhero's long-time love interest, Lois Lane. This marks the first major leading role for Corenswet, who some say looks like a younger but far less muscly Henry Cavill, while Brosnahan should be no stranger to fans of shows that include The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and House of Cards. Superman: Legacy is set for a worldwide release on July 11, 2025.
