Netflix has released the first official teaser trailer for Castlevania: Nocturne, a new animated streaming series that will trace the origins of one of Konami's most popular characters, Richter Belmont. The show, which is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on September 28, marks Netflix's second attempt at capitalizing on the leading game franchise, preceded by Warren Ellis' Castlevania, all four seasons of which are now available to stream. Richter was most recently featured in Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls, a game that was originally designed for mobile devices.
