AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.8.2 Boosts Starfield 4K Performance by Up to 16% on Radeon RX 7900 Series GPUs

AMD has announced that the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.8.2 driver for Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit systems is now available for download. According to the release notes, this driver provides up to a 16% increase in performance for Starfield at 4K on Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT GPUs versus the previous (23.8.1) driver. AMD has also revealed that it is working with Bethesda Game Studios to resolve an intermittent driver timeout or visual corruption issue when Dynamic Resolution is set to 75–78% with certain ultra wide monitors in Starfield. (Users experiencing this can adjust this option as a temporary workaround.)
