AMD Announces EPYC 8004 Processors with Up to 64 Zen 4c Cores

AMD has announced the availability of its new EPYC 8004 Series processors. Completing the 4th Gen AMD EPYC family of workload-optimized CPUs, the new SKUs bring the “Zen 4c” core into a purpose-built processor and are led by the 8534P and 8534PN, two models that feature 64 cores, 128 threads, a boost frequency of up to 3.1 GHz, and 128 MB of L3 cache. All EPYC 8004 processors support up to 1.152 TB of DDR5-4800 memory and feature 96 PCIe 5 lanes.
