AMD has been signing off on contracts for CPUs even though it has no idea whether it'll be able to fulfill all of the required orders in time. That's according to the company behind the GPD WIN Max 2, which has shared a new post explaining how their new device, a second iteration of its handheld gaming PC, will now be shipping later than expected because AMD "breached the contract," failing to deliver enough of its Ryzen 7 7840U processors to their suppliers in time. The AMD Ryzen 7 7840U, an 8-core, 16-thread processor that features a Radeon 780M GPU, is capable of running God of War, Elden Ring, and many other popular games at over 60 FPS on lower resolutions and settings, according to infographics shared by GPD HK.
