Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has achieved marvelous scores ahead of its release this week, but something that fans seem to be unhappy about is what developer Insomniac Games has done with Mary Jane Watson's face in the game. The character, which was originally introduced in Amazing Spider-Man #25 (March 1965), is being ridiculed by PlayStation fans on social media, including those on the r/SpidermanPS4 reddit, some of whom claim the character is "ugly" and "looks awful," while others have gone so far as to say that she "looks 46 bro." Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will be released exclusively for PS5 on Friday, October 20, although those with the physical versions will need to download a day-one update for "the best experience," according to a tweet that Insomniac shared today.
