NVIDIA is prepping a special version of the GeForce RTX 4090 ("D") for the Chinese market to get around U.S. export restrictions, and while the GPU is expected to have a lower TPP to comply with regulations, some of the specifications of this so-called "Dragon" edition will actually be higher than the standard model.
