Die size would be as big as 7800xt shrunk to 4nm but due to power constraints it would most likely match the 7700xt at max smart shift performance & be worse when CPU constrained & CPU needs lots of power

I doubt they will stray too far from the original PS5 die - they didn't go totally crazy with PS4 Pro to maintain "compatibility".
