Alan Wake 2 Players Can Now Tune Down Those Heart Attack-Inducing Jump Scares

Remedy has rolled out a new update for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions of Alan Wake 2, and it includes a new option that has apparently been "much requested" by players: the ability to "tune down" the game's "horror flashes" (i.e., those jump scares that occur sporadically throughout the game, complemented by a loud sound).
