One of the biggest rumors surrounding AMD's upcoming lineup of Radeon RX 7000 Series graphics cards is that some of the models would feature an RDNA 3 GPU with a brand-new, MCM design, one that leverages multiple chiplets for improved efficiency and/or performance.
