AMD recently teased that its Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D, and Ryzen 7 7800X3D would be "unlocked for overclocking." That appears to have been an error, as the specification can no longer be found on any of their product pages, but AMD has confirmed that the new CPUs will, nevertheless, support memory and Infinity Fabric overclocking, as well as PBO and Curve Optimizer capabilities, which weren't found in the older Ryzen 7 5800X3D. There still appears to be no word as to what day the chips will hit retail, but AMD plans to begin selling them in February.
