AMD has expanded its family of Ryzen 7000 Series processors with the Ryzen 5 7500F, a new Zen 4 CPU that features the same amount of cores and threads as the Ryzen 5 7600/7600X (6C/12T) but without the added benefit of an iGPU. According to benchmarks shared by publications that include Quasar Zone, users can expect a level of 1080p gaming performance that comes pretty close to the Ryzen 5 7600/7600X, delivering better numbers than Intel's Core i5-13500 and more despite its lower, $179 price. AMD's listing can confirm that this CPU will be available globally, contrary to previous reports that indicated it would be exclusive to China.
