Despite previous reports that alluded to the contrary, the ray-tracing performance of AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards may be more impressive than anyone might have imagined.



PJ_Lab_UH has shared benchmarks of the Radeon RX 6800 running Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which show that the GPU can hit 46 FPS and 80 FPS in the 4K and WQHD settings, respectively, with ray tracing enabled in the High setting.

If true, the RX 6800 looks very impressive.

But, SotTR DLSS needs an update. It utilizes the OG DLSS and not the latest DLSS 2.1U.

Those numbers would easily reach 85%+ with the RTX's cards.
 
Wish we would have had some more comparisons to higher tier Nvidia cards and the xt variant of the 6800.
 
My everyday overclocked 3090 FE (I really don't care enough to run it multiple times) with everything I normally have open in the background got
4K - 65
1440p - 110
